Frank Mesa is a naturally talented vocalist and bass player. He was born and raised in California, but his family originates from Guam. Frank started with the group in 1980 and has been the high-octane bassist with his incredible falsetto voice that helps create Breezin’s unique sound. His engaging tenor voice and ripping bass riffs bring true artistry to the band.
